【Pillow Height 】
Our pillows height is around 8-10cm, consist of 8 million micro air balls, therefore, you may adjust yourself to the most comfortable position.

【What happens if find the pillow too firm/hard】
If you felt the pillow too firm for you, may suggest you take off the pillow cover and may adjust the micro air balls within the pillow according to your liking, by a gentle push with your hand on the pillow, may soften the pillow a bit.

【Why are there stitches uneven at certain areas】
Every piece is handsewn by the manufacturing company, this is normal for every batch and is not considered defective.

【How to wash】
1. Please wash the product on its own, do not wash with other items, wash them individually.
2. When washing the pillow, use lukewarm water and mild detergent. Keep the water temperature at around 30°C (do
not use warm or hot water).
When using a washing machine, be sure to put the pillow cover on to the pillow and place them into the laundry net
provided before placing them into washing machine.(Make sure the pillow cover and laundry zip is perfectly zip up
as may cause jammed on the fabric of the pillow if not)
3. Please select the gentle/ cotton/ baby clothes washing mode.
4. Do not bleach and do not twist/ squeeze dry with force after washing.
5. After washing, dry under the wind and shade, do not dry directly under the sun/tumble dry, as the micro air balls
might crack if the temperature gets too high.
